That is all for now
and
I hope you all enjoyed the little foodie adventure.

As you can see we haven't made much haste in our little munchkin journey but
we were walking, its tiring walking by foot
but
not worries!
We now have baby chocobo's to help us on our way!

Let's see where they take us now.

~ XXX ~

Your properly thinking why my foodie adventure has suddenly been surrounded by chocobo's,
Do not worry I haven't gone mad and choose to switch to a Final Fantasy style foodie adventure.

It's just I really really REALLY love chocobo's and if I could have a pet it would be a chocobo...
it's just a shame they are not real.

So when looking back at the posts I saw Choco - Chocobo the Grey
and then it hit me...
that is not enough and I wanted more chocobo's.
I was going to do a separate post filled with chocobo's like before but then I realised that the dwarves in the movie were riding on pony's (how I forgot that I do not know) So my munchkins needed pony's!

While deciding on a chubby baby pony...
I then decided on chocobo's since I like the little birdies and it will give my foodie adventure a little unique kick to it...
Well... hopefully anyway lol

Now for our yummy bubbly chocolate.
My first choice was chocolate coins due to the fact in The Hobbit movie the dwarves were betting on money, so I went on a hunt on some yummy chocolate coins.

I found some in the end but I noticed Cadbury's mini Bubbly bar,
I haven't tried it before and since it was a small one I thought it would be a good little extra treat after I munched on the chocolate coins and so the little chocolate bar was bought and home it went with me.

The moment I opened it, the bar is in the shape of chocolate bubbles and was kind of cute, I was thinking that it would be similar to the Areo Chocolate bar since on the cover it looked like very bubbly.
When I bit into it it did give the slight Areo texture however you can separate the two different bars due to the chocolate itself.

Like all Cadbury's chocolate, their chocolate is much more creamy and rich which is what I love and because of it melting very quickly in your mouth it makes it feel like I am just drinking melted chocolate.
It is a wonderful chocolate experience, which will make you want more and more,
because it did you me, after munching on that yummy mini bar I headed out to the supermarket and bought a big big bar.

Thanks to its quick melting speed when in your mouth and my habit on melting my chocolate before eating it...
I will now forever be glued to Cadbuy's Bubbly Chocolate Bar.

Therefore give the melty goodness a little try, I'm positive you will love it.

We finally come to an end for today's foodie adventure

I love you all for your love and support with out you lot I'm sure these foodie adventures would have ended ages ago and therefore ...

THANK YOU!

I hope you enjoyed the foodie madness today
with so many crazy food loving munchkins!

There are so many of them this time around I was getting worried that I couldn't fit them all in but HAZZAH! I managed to get them in!
So say hello to them all as from now on they shall be travelling thing me and stealing all my yummy food!

Your properly thinking why I choose these crazy people,
well what can I say they are the foodie bunch I end up sticking too whenever I go on a foodie marathon,
so I can't leave them out any more,
because they are joining me on this foodie marathon!

I'm sure I am giving off the same image I am when I first met them which is...
"Wow... you eat so much"
haha yes I do get that image every time I meet new foodie friends,
tested it on 13 munchkins and it was all the same answer haha
but what can I say?
I love food a bit tooooooo much so I can't help it!

~ Omnomnomnom ~

I hope you enjoyed the little song that my munchkins sang to me,
have you noticed which song I have rewritten from The Hobbit?
Hehe it's...

That's What Bilbo Baggin's Hate!

I wasn't actually planning on inserting a song into the foodie adventure
but one night during my two hour workout I was thinking of the hobbit and the cute little song the dwarves sang while Bilbo was stressing over his plates
and after a little think here and there... HAZZAH we have a song that is called,

Welcome Furita To Kingdom Buffet!

~ XXX ~

Now you come to our yummy Kingdom Buffet.

From the moment you walk into this lush buffet you would be amazed that it is actually built on top of a metro station!
Believe me if it wasn't for a wonderful friend of mine Stephen who told me about it and then took me to the place, I would still be walking past it every time I'm in Newcastle and think
"What's up there?"
and
"hmm... bet its nothing good"
and go head off to some cafe shop or restaurant.

But be amazed, it may look very simple on the outside but the moment you walk inside you will be amazed and I defiantly was surprised.
The food isn't like standard buffet where everything is produced in mass quantity and then left under heat lights for everyone to take their pick, this only happens for foods such as spicy noodles and rice,
whereas everything else such as roast meats, dim sum, sushi, pasta etc
they make a small amount only and then once all is taken they then start producing more.

I wondered why they didn't this as it was time consuming
but the moment I got my hands on some of the foods I understood why, by doing this the meats/fish are cooked to perfection and not over or under cooked.
This way you get the full bursting flavours of professionally cooked food, which is something you do not normally get from buffets!
You would think you are in a proper restaurant then a buffet.

Specially on certain foods such as soups, congee and wanton...
where you can actually watch them make it for you so that you know you are actually getting the most out of it and they aren't cheating you a single bit!
The chefs are happy for you to watch and are their service is wonderful, from explaining to you what is in the foods, who you want your dish e.g how much seasoning or if you want extra spring onions.
I was surprised when I asked for a wanton soup noodles,
how the chef went into detail from what seasoning I wanted to what extras I wanted with it.
Afterwards I was kindly explained that they would take a while to cook
and that I should have a little walk around and
come back a minute or so,
Which I went to grab some pizza and went back to my table...
while there I was worried that my wanton noodles would be cooked and given to another foodie customer,
so after a minute or so I decided to go and see if my noodle was ready
and before I new it you get the chef coming out with a freshly cooked bowl of yummy wanton noodles for me!
You have to say customer service is to the max there, you really do forget you are in a buffet!

Kingdom Buffet has officially turned into my number 1 foodie place when ever I head to Newcastle,
so if you ever pop into Kingdom Buffet and spot a purple or blonde head... that will be me haha!

So if your ever in Newcastle and want something lush,
how to get there is all on the site, it's a walk away from the train station but its worth it!

~ XXX ~

That is all for now!
And
Thank you all for visiting and ready!

I would be able to keep this going without all your foodie support!

I shall see you all again soon on our next foodie adventure!

I hope you enjoyed the adventure today!
Though we didn't really move much, we were stuck in the giant bowl but next foodie adventure there shall be movments and you finally get to see all our munchkins!
Isn't that exciting?
I better start editing as there is going to be a total of 13 munchkins altogether,
I know I am mad to add so many but hopefully this shall make it a fun foodie adventure to remember ^^

~ XXX ~

I hope you enjoyed our new foodie adventure and meeting our two new munchkins
Chinny Chin Chin and Jassy Jas!
That's right, they have made a return in a new form,
since Chinny and Jassy are like brothers and when ever I travel South or think up good times...
they are always there, so you can't can not have them in the foodie adventure!
and
this time... of course we needed to turn them into a cute little munchkin so that they matched with everything else hehe ^^

~ XXX ~

This time I introduce you to Pop Tarts!
Dear lord they are awesomely yummy, I think I am addicted to them but I have been told that the frosted strawberry one is the best, so I am on the hunt for it to try ^^

I wasn't too fused when I first saw these on the shelf in the super market and just walked past them,
it wasn't until when I saw the American Candy shop when I saw these again and thought they must be yummy and was then told buy a shopper that they are a yummy treat for their children and for them since they aren't too sweet.

After hearing that I got very curious and decided to get a pack to eat...
There was a wide collection but I spotted Cookies & Creme those who know me will know that I am a Cookie & Creme addicted and therefore I jumped straight to that one!

It says you can either microwave or toast them but for me I think toasting them is much much better,
the cookie is actually nicely warmed all over and even the filling
without making the whole Pop Tart seem soft and soggy.
The moment I bit into it I found that it really wasn't that sweet at all, since I thought I was going to have a sugary over dose and go in a hyper rampage.
Instead it was only a hint of sweetness with a yummy creme filling, which is nice and warm.

To me I have to say its like eating a morning cereal bar that is nicely designed for children
and
once you try it you shall be addicted and would want to try every other flavour!

So if you fancy a little cereal bar change,
Pop Tarts is a perfect little change that's keeps you and your cravings happy.
So they may look simple and maybe not your type of thing,
but if you ever want to try something different for a change this would be a lovely choice.
So give it a yummy whirl you might just fall in love.

~ XXX ~

That is all for now,
again
Thank You all for visiting and reading
I can't have done this without all your wonderful support ^^

I hope you enjoyed the foodie adventure and I look forward in seeing you all again on our next foodie adventure!
